3. Status it@ab upgrade program
During their language course in Saarbruecken.
In addition to the language course the Junior Consultants started the Blended Learning phase in December 2003. So far they have participated in three E-Learning courses:
· Open Source Server
· CLE Collaborative Learning Environment
· Technical E-Learning Consulting
According to the Blended Learning Concept they have been working together with telecoaches / facilitators from 21 LearnLine. In addition to the E-Learning / E-Collaboration two classroom trainings took place in January.
In the current month February 2004 the Junior Consultants are participating in a Web-based Training Course on “IT Project Management”. At the end of February they will move from Saarbruecken to Freiburg, where the IT Consultancy course starts at March, 1st, 2004.
Important: We would like to ask all Senior Managers, who have a Junior in Germany today, to support them in the development of their E-Business project. According to the project coaches here in Germany some of the projects have to be adapted in terms of scope and objectives. From the side of INWEnt we would very much appreciate if you stay in a close contact with your Junior and also support them in the development of their specific projects - to the benefit of the Junior Consultant as well as to the benefit of your organization.
