The Tactical Technology Collective's aim is to advance the use of new technologies as a tactical tool for civil-society in developing and transition countries.

Tactical Tech is an Amsterdam-registered NGO with associates and affiliates from across Europe (based in Poland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom) as well as the United States.
