The Asia IT&C programme co-finances mutually beneficial projects in Information Technology and Communication between Europe and Asia. After conclusion of the programme in 2005, the European Commission now supports projects that give special attention to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and recognise the key role being played by the information and technology sector in promoting trade and investment and mutual understanding between the EU and Asia under the Asia-Invest Programme.ΒΆ
