Wanted: Future trainers on LPI certified Linux Administration in Southern Africa!

The ict@innovation programme (www.ict-innovation.fossfa.net), a partnership between FOSSFA (www.fossfa.net) and InWEnt (www.inwent.org), is looking for African experts and institutions wanting to become qualified trainers on the subject of Linux system administration. Trainers have the opportunity of incorporating FOSS Certification training into their institution's curriculum and/or developing FOSS Certification training as a new revenue stream.


You have the opportunity to:
• Thoroughly deepen your Linux administration skills
• Become a trainer capable of offering training on the Linux Professional Institute Certification
• Certify your Linux skills with the LPI Certification
• Establish FOSS Certification as a revenue stream and incorporate LPIC training in your institutions curriculum
• Join a global network of expert Linux systems administrators and benefit from ongoing mentorship
• Gain access to up to date Linux system administration training materials that you can use to enhance your training delivery


Applications for the second training in Johannesburg are open for participants from Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa and Zambia. Apply until 5th December 2010!
