Hanoi 19 November 2007: A total of 42 agreements of cooperation were reached between Vietnamese and European business partners at the end of the first matchmaking event of the project "FOSS Bridge EU-Vietnam" for small and medium-sized IT enterprises in Hanoi, Vietnam.
The initiative FOSS Bridge "EU-Vietnam" - Joint Business through Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) is inviting European and Vietnamese FOSS-company to team up for joint business at www.foss-bridge.org. The primary objective is to bring together European FOSS firms with Vietnamese small and medium FOSS businesses in order to establish initial contacts and to accompany them from their starting phases into concrete IT development projects.
