Balthas Seibold is a senior project manager at the ‘Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH’ (Former 'InWEnt - Capacity Building International, Germany' is part of GIZ since Jan 2011). Responsible for programmes on ICT for Development and Open Innovation, he develops and implements capacity building projects in Asia and Africa within the department of Sustainable Business Development. Previous work stations include UNESCO’s bureau of strategic planning, GTZ and the UNDP.
